At Healthy Ragdoll Cattery, we are dedicated to placing our healthy, playful kittens in loving homes. The following policy outlines the steps required to adopt a new family member. Our top priorities are the well-being of your kitten and your satisfaction.

Application Process

• Begin your adoption journey by completing our online application or submitting your inquiry via email or phone.
• Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further details and pictures of your selected kitten(s).
• To secure your chosen kitten, a refundable deposit of $500 is required. The final payment must be made before pickup, and you will receive your adoption contract for review. The contract includes important conditions regarding health, vaccinations, and future care.
• Please note that all payments must be made in USD, with the balance due one week before the kitten’s delivery date.
  
  

Bringing Your New Companion Home

• Kittens for adoption and purchase are typically ready to leave our care by the age of 10 weeks, based on the critical development stage reached by this age.
• Local Pickup/Delivery (Florida, KY & Surrounding Areas). If you reside in these areas, we can offer free delivery.
• Nationwide Shipping (United States & Canada). For adoption locations outside the immediate area, we provide nationwide delivery to all locations in the United States and Canada.
• Shipping is not available during severe weather conditions. We will contact you immediately if any unexpected circumstances affect delivery plans.
  
  

Health and Wellness Guarantee

• All kittens undergo thorough health checks and screenings by our veterinarian, which includes genetic testing and specific breed-related health standards.
• We offer a one-year health guarantee for any pre-existing genetic conditions or illnesses that arise shortly before or develop within a specified timeframe after adoption.
