At Healthy Ragdolls Cattery, we are dedicated to placing our healthy, playful kittens in loving homes. The following policy outlines the steps required to adopt a new family member. We offer the cheapest cat purchase in the country because our goal is not to generate money but to provide happiness, joy and love to as many homes as we can with our beautiful and adorable Ragdolls and American shorthair cats and kittens. Our top priorities are the well-being of your babies and your satisfaction. The descriptions of the kittens available for adoption or sale, along with the costs shall be detailed on the profile page of the specific kitten you wish to purchase or adopt, which can be located under the “Available Kittens” tab on the header of the Site.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

This Cattery is a web-based platform that allows buyers and adopters to browse and purchase or adopt kittens. The platform also allows buyers to select the method of receiving their adopted or purchased kittens.

PURCHASING OPTIONS

Begin your adoption or purchase journey by completing our online application, which can be located under the “Contact Us” tab on the header of the Site or by using the Adopt Me button under the kitten you have fallen in love with. You can also email us directly using the contact emails provided below on this page or a simple text message or call. Once your application has been reviewed, we will provide further details and pictures of your selected kitten(s).

1. Local Pickup or Delivery: Can make payment in full or a $500 non-refundable deposit and then the remaining balance on the day of pickup/delivery.

2. Out-of-State Delivery: Can make payment in full or a $500 non-refundable deposit and then the remaining balance made 1-2 days before scheduled delivery. An invoice will be provided, including Flight Cost or other transportation.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer various types of delivery. Buyers and adopters are to pick the one best for them and also depending on the location.

1. Delivery by plane: Delivery is available to your nearest airport. We book the flight and give you all the needed information to pick your kitten up. You have to show your ID and AWB number to the airline’s cargo department.

2. Delivery by Driver: We use delivery services to bring kittens directly to your home. This type of delivery works for nearby States only. The price depends on the delivery location. Please contact us first for pricing and information before picking this service.

3. Personal delivery: We provide FREE in-person delivery for anyone locally and also provide personalized delivery to your home anywhere in the United States and Canada for an additional fee. This option is usually best for your kitten, as they will travel with us on the flight in cabin vs travelling air cargo with the other pets in crates. Regardless of which you choose we will help explain the process and provide your pet with the most comfortable trip possible.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Each kitten receives a comprehensive health check by our veterinarian, including genetic testing to meet breed-specific standards.

We provide a one-year health guarantee against any genetic conditions or illnesses that may arise within a specified period after adoption.

RETURN POLICY

Adopting a kitten is a lifetime commitment, much like having a child! Please make sure you’re fully prepared before proceeding, as we cannot offer refunds or returns. Be certain to check with your family, landlord, and yourself before making this decision. However, under our health warranty (detailed in your sales contract), you may return a kitten if a genetic disease is detected.
